On the morning of February 11, 2026, LHU held a ceremony to announce the appointment of Vice Rectors and Unit Leaders for the 2025–2030 term, marking a key milestone in strengthening the University’s leadership structure and enhancing its governance capacity to meet development demands in the new phase.

The event was attended by Dr. Do Thi Lan Dai – Chairwoman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien – Rector of LHU; members of the Board of Management; and leaders of faculties, offices, and centers, along with faculty members and staff.
Appointments aligned with the University’s sustainable development strategy
At the ceremony, LHU announced the appointment of Vice Rectors for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam were reappointed as Vice Rectors, ensuring stability, continuity, and consistency in the University’s governance and administration. In addition, four new Vice Rectors were appointed, including Dr. Huynh Cao Tuan (former Director of the Information and Resource Center), Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh (former Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy), Dr. Nguyen Van Tan (former Dean of the Faculty of Administration and International Economics), and Dr. Nguyen Khanh Hung (former Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering).

The University also announced the appointment decisions for leaders of various units (Heads and Deputy Heads of faculties, offices, centers, and departments) for the 2025-2030 term. Through this process, LHU reaffirmed its commitment to building a management team with practical competence, innovative thinking, and adaptability to meet the requirements of modern university governance.
